XINPUT1_3.dll is missing! What do I do?

This isn't necessarily a bug caused by the game itself (I don't think), but since some people have run into the issue, I figured I would address it here.

The bug is caused by an outdated (or missing) DirectX (in the case of Windows). You'll need to install and/or update DirectX to run the game properly.
